"[M]embers of the [county cattlemen’s association] helped create the new draft of the ordinance, which reduces the space an outdoor pen must be from 100 square feet to 32. It also creates an exemption from microchipping and sterilization requirements for agricultural working dogs and hunting dogs owned by Lee County residents with valid hunting licenses."
